5. How workspace data is handled
HyrCount is designed for business and operational record-keeping. Workspaces may contain personal information about customers, vendors, employees, directors, shareholders, or other individuals that your organization chooses to enter.
If you upload or manage personal information about other people in a workspace, you are responsible for ensuring your organization has the right to collect, use, and disclose that information and to provide any notices required by applicable law.

Hyrcor does not sell personal information for money. As of the effective date of this policy, Hyrcor also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may share personal information with service providers that help us host infrastructure, store files, provide authentication, and deliver email or support workflows.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google also processes certain account and authentication information as an independent provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Hyrcor, or the integrity of HyrCount.
We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

HyrCount is operated for Canadian organizations and uses Canadian business rules throughout the product.
Some infrastructure or support providers may nevertheless process, route, or store limited personal information outside Canada as part of operating the service.
When information is handled outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that other jurisdiction, including lawful access by courts, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities.
Hyrcor takes reasonable steps to ensure service providers handling personal information are subject to contractual and security obligations appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Hyrcor uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication measures, encryption in transit where appropriate, and restricted internal access to systems and data.
No system is completely secure. If Hyrcor becomes aware of a privacy or security incident that requires notice under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required.
